Claims (3)
- (ⅰ) 중공율이 30%~38%인 150~300데니어의 이형단면 중공사를 방사한 후, 이를 200~240℃에서 가연 동시 연신하거나 공기교락하여 섬유길이 방향을 따라 불규칙한 간격으로 중공부(2) 내벽 상호간이 접합 또는 교락되어 결착점(3)들이 형성된 고부력 섬유를 제조하고, (ⅱ) 상기 고부력 섬유를 사이징(Sizing) 후 이를 경위사로 사용하여 고밀도의 원단을 제직하고, (ⅲ) 제직된 원단을 정련, 염색 후 적외선 흡수가공처리 하고, (ⅳ) 상기 원단 상에 폴리우레탄 필름을 라미네이팅 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 부력 원단의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 제직시 경위사 밀도를 250본/인치~260본/인치로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 부력 원단의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 결착점(3) 간의 거리가 1cm~1.5cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 부력 원단의 제조방법.
