Claims (6)
- 순차로 프리히팅펄스와, 기록펄스, 멀티펄스, 라스트펄스, 오프펄스로 구분되는 다중 펄스 패턴을 사용하여 기록 마크를 기록하기 위한 상변화형 광디스크의 기록 방법에 있어서,상기 기록펄스의 길이는 T를 기준 클록에 대한 기록 마크의 길이라 할 때 3nT의 기록 마크에 대해서는 1.5T이고, 3nT+1의 기록 마크에 대해서는 1.0T이고, 그리고 3nT+2의 기록 마크에 대해서는 2.0T인 것(여기서, n은 1,2,3,4...인 정수)을 특징으로 하는 상변화형 광디스크의 기록 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프리히팅펄스의 길이는 1/4T - 1.5T인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화형 광디스크의 기록 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멀티 펄스의 듀티비는 1.0 - 3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화형 광디스크의 기록 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오프펄스의 길이는 0.5T - 2.0T인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화형 광디스크의 기록 방법.
- 제1항 혹은 제4항에 있어서, 각 펄스의 라이징 엣지를 0 - 0.5㎱지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화형 광디스크의 기록 방법.
- 제1항 혹은 제4항에 있어서, 각 펄스의 트레일링 엣지를 0 - 0.5㎱지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화형 광디스크의 기록 방법.
