Abstract
고비점 방향족 용제에 N,N,N,N-테트라 키스(2-하이드록시 프로필)에틸렌디아민을 용해한 것을 주재로하고 상기와 동일한 고비점 방향족 용제에 관용되는 경화제인 메탄 4,4'디 이소시아네이트(MDI)을 용해한 경화제 혼합물을 상기 주재와 1:1로 배합한 것을 초벌칠로하고, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 트리이소프로파놀아민, 1.4-부틸디올, 아로마틱 오일(신전유)을 주재로 하고 상기와 동일한 아로마틱 오일에 상기와 동일한 경화제인 MDI을 혼합한 경화제 혼합물을 상기 주제와 1:1의 비율로 배합한 것을 재벌칠로 하므로서 방수성이 양호하고 아스팔트와의 접착제력 및 시공력이 우수한 교량상판 방수용칠이 되는것이다.Methane 4,4 'diisocyanate, which is a curing agent commonly used in the high boiling aromatic solvents as described above, is mainly based on dissolving N, N, N, N-tetrakis (2-hydroxypropyl) ethylenediamine in a high boiling aromatic solvent.
