Claims (4)
- 차량의 차륜축 베어링의 샤프트(22)에 삽입 장착되는 마그네트 링(14)과;상기 마그네트 링(14)의 외주면에 장착되는 N극과 S극이 번갈아 형성된 마그네트(12)와;상기 베어링의 샤프트(22)을 감싸며 베어링의 외륜(24)에 삽입 장착되는 케이스(30)와;상기 마그네트(12)와 인접되게 위치되도록 케이스(30)의 내면에 장착되는 센서(26)와;상기 센서(26)의 신호 출력단으로서, 상기 케이스(30)의 내면에서 후면으로 연장되며 설치되고 몰딩체(34)로 감싸여진 터미널(28)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이비에스 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 센서(26)의 후면과 터미널(28)을 감싸고 있는 몰딩체(34)가 상기 케이스(30)의 내부면에 에폭시수지(36)로 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이비에스 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링의 외륜(24)에 끼워지는 케이스(30)의 하단 부분에는 밀봉용 인서트 링(38)이 일체로 부착되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이비에스 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(30)의 후면에는 커넥터 장착구(32)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이비에스 센서.
