Claims (3)
- 병렬형 하이브리드 차량에 있어서,운전자의 가속페달 개도값을 동력요구량으로 환산하여 입력받고, 차량의 현재속도값과 배터리 잔존용량에 대한 측정값을 입력받아 현재의 작동조건을 설정하는 단계와;상기 작동조건이 설정된 다음, 하이브리드 전자제어유닛에 미리 입력되어 있는 변속기 특성에 대한 자료를 읽어들여, 차량의 현재속도에서 변속기의 현재 구현 가능한 기어비의 범위를 산출하는 단계와;상기 산출된 최소 기어비와 최대 기어비 사이를 일정구간으로 나누어 해당 기어비 마다 변속기 입력축의 속도와 토크값을 산출하는 단계와;예입력되어 있는 엔진 특성에 대한 데이터를 읽어들여 상기 산출된 변속기 입력축의 속도 및 토크에서 구현 가능한 최대 동력 분배비를 산출하는 단계와;상기 동력 분배비를 영(0)에서 최대값까지 변화시키면서 각각의 동력분배비에 대한 엔진의 동력 요구량과 인덕션 머신의 동력 요구량을 산출하는 단계와;상기 각 동력요구량과, 예입력된 엔진, 인덕션 머신 및 배터리의 특성 데이터 그리고 배터리 잔존용량 데이터를 이용하여 엔진의 연비와 전기 시스템의 등가연비를 산출하고, 산출된 각 연비들로부터 전체 등가연비를 구성하는 단계와;상기 구성된 등가연비를 통하여 기어비와 동력분배비에 대한 최적화를 수행하여 최적의 동력분배비와 최적의 기어비를 결정하는 과정과;상기 결정된 최적 동력분배비에 따라 엔진과 인덕션머신의 구동을 제어함과 아울러, 결정된 기어비에 따라 변속기의 변속을 제어하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 등가 연비 개념을 도입한 병렬형 하이브리드 차량의 최적 주행 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 최적의 동력분배비와 최적의 기어비는 전체 등가연비를 최소화하는 점에서의 최소 동력분배비와 최소 기어비로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 등가 연비 개념을 도입한 병렬형 하이브리드 차량의 최적 주행 제어 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전체 시스템의 등가연비는,방전시에는,로 정의되고,충전시에는,로 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 등가 연비 개념을 도입한 병렬형 하이브리드 차량의 최적 주행 제어 방법.
