Claims (9)
- 광시야각을 갖는 액정 표시 장치용의 전극 구조물에 있어서,주사 신호선과;상기 주사 신호선에 대해 수직을 이루며, 상기 주사선과 함께 화소 영역을 한정하는 데이터 신호선과;상기 화소 영역에 배치되며, 상기 다수의 화소 전극 아래의 상기 화소 영역을 실질적으로 채우는 평판상의 구조를 갖는 공통 전극과;상기 공통 전극 위에 배치되는 패시베이션층 및;해링본 형상 구조를 각각 가지고 있고, 상기 패시베이션층과 상기 공통 전극위로 상기 데이터 신호선과 실질적으로 평행하게 연장되는 다수의 화소 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 해링본 형상의 구조는 45도 내지 90도의 회전 각도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 화소 전극은 1 내지 15 ㎛의 피치 및 1 내지 10 ㎛의 폭을 각각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통 전극은 인듐-주석-산화물, SnO2, N 형 비정형 실리콘막, N 형 폴리-실리콘막, P 형 폴리-실리콘막 또는 ZnO로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소 전극은 인듐-주석-산화물, SnO2, N 형 비정형 실리콘막, N 형 폴리-실리콘막, P 형 폴리-실리콘막, 또는 ZnO로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소 전극은 금속물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스위칭 부재를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 부재는 박막 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 구조물.
