Claims (1)
- 금속제 외피에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어진 가스 쉴드 아아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 있어서,상기 플럭스는 와이어 전체 중량에 대하여, 0.01 ~ 0.1 중량%의 C, 0.5 ~ 10 중량%의 SiO2, 1.0 ~ 3.0 중량%의 Mn, 0.1 ~ 2.0 중량%의 MgO, 0.5 ~ 3.0 중량%의 Al2O3, 5.0 ~ 15 중량%의 TiO2및 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량%의 Ni를 함유하고, 상기 Mn과 상기 Si의 중량비(Mn/Si)가 1.2 ~ 2.0의 범위에 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스 쉴드 아아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
