펄프와 폴리에스터와 글라스화이버를 적정비율로 하여 물과 혼합하는 필터재료 혼합공정과, 상기 혼합된 필터재료를 오일필터 성형기에 투입한 후 모터를 구동시켜 상기 오일필터 성형기를 상하로 진동시켜 투입된 필터재료로 부터 수분을 제거하여 성형하는 오일필터 성형공정과, 상기 오일필터 성형공정이 종료하면 가열기를 이용하여 소정시간동안 건조시키는 제1차열처리 공정과, 상기 제1차열처리 공정이 종료되면 열처리된 오일필터를 수지제에 함침하여 경화시키는 오일필터 경화공정과, 상기 함침처리된 오일필터를 가열기를 이용하여 재차 건조시키는 제2차열처리 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 오일필터 제조방법.Filter material mixing process of mixing pulp, polyester, and glass fiber with water at an appropriate ratio, and inserting the mixed filter material into an oil filter molding machine and driving a motor to vibrate the oil filter molding machine up and down.
