Claims (4)
- 입력되는 교류전원을 소정의 직류전원으로 강압 및 정류시켜 출력하는 전원공급부(10)와,전원공급부(10)로부터 인가된 직류전원을 소정의 전압으로 변압시켜 출력하는 변압부(12)와,인가되는 전원 또는 신호를 연산 및 논리제어하여 설정된 전원이나 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(14)와,제어부(14)로부터 입력된 전원을 소정의 전압으로 강하시켜 출력하는 직류전원부(20)와,직류전원부(20)로부터 인가된 전원으로 접합부에서 온도가 상승 또는 하강하는 열전소자(26)와,열전소자(26)의 냉각부(26a)에 형성되어 매체를 냉각시키는 냉각탱크(24)와,열전소자(26)의 발열부(26b)에 구성되어 발생된 열을 냉각시키는 냉각팬(18)과,매체의 가열 또는 냉각온도를 감지하여 전기적인 신호로 출력하는 온도감지부(16)와,제어부(14)로부터 이상상태에 관한 제어신호를 입력받아 가시적으로 표시하는 표시부(22)가 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자를 이용한 냉각탱크의 온도 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 제어장치는 열전소자(26)로부터 매체를 가열시키기 위하여 가열탱크가 설치되고 냉각부(26a) 쪽에는 상온을 유지할 수 있는 수단이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자를 이용한 냉각탱크의 온도 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지부(16)가 감지하는 온도범위는 냉각탱크(24)의 매체의 온도가 3∼5℃이고, 발열부(26b)의 온도가 80℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자를 이용한 냉각탱크의 온도 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표시부(22)는 복수의 발광다이오드 및 7-세그먼트 또는 액정표시장치가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자를 이용한 냉각탱크의 온도 제어장치.
