Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for inputting Hangul in a keyphone is provided to easily input Hangul information in the keyphone by inputting a plurality of Hangul consonants or vowels by using each key of a dial pad composed in the keyphone without composing a separate Hangul input keypad. CONSTITUTION: If a Hangul mode key is inputted, a mode of a keyphone is converted into a Hangul input mode. Consonants and vowels assigned in each key are received according to the number of input of each key composed in a dial keypad. If the Hangul mode key is inputted, the received consonants and vowels are stored. A character is completed by using the consonants and vowels, and the completed character is displayed on an LCD.
