Abstract
PURPOSE: A pumping circuit for generating a high voltage is provided to prevent the power consumption under a supply voltage of a high level by increasing and compensating a period of an oscillator signal of an oscillator signal generator. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage generator(300) is used for generating a reference voltage of a constant level regardless of a variation of a supply voltage. An oscillator circuit(400) is used for generating the first and the second oscillator reference voltages and an oscillator signal by using the reference voltage. The oscillator circuit(400) increases a period of the oscillator signal when the oscillator circuit(400) receives the supply voltage of high level. A voltage boosting portion(500) boost the supply voltage by using a coupling effect of a capacitor by the oscillator signal when the voltage higher than the supply voltage is requested.
