Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 상면과 하면에 각각 제 1 관통홀과 제 2 관통홀이 형성되어 소정의 광섬유가 지나가고, 전면은 개방되고 후면은 소정의 냉각 유체를 공급하는 포트에 연결되어 후면으로부터 전면측으로 상기 냉각 유체가 지나가도록 형성된 덕트; 및상기 덕트의 상기 덕트의 후면과 상기 포트사이에 배치되는 그물망 구조의 유체흐름 조절부를 포함하며,상기 냉각 유체가 상기 포트로부터 상기 덕트의 후면으로 유입되면, 상기 냉각 유체는 상기 유체흐름 조절부를 통과하여 층류의 흐름으로 변환되고, 층류의 흐름으로 변환된 상기 냉각 유체는 상기 제 1 관통홀과 제 2 관통홀을 지나가는 광섬유를 냉각시킨 후 상기 전면으로 배출됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 냉각장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유체흐름 조절부는 적어도 하나 이상의 그물망 구조로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 냉각장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 덕트의 전면과 후면사이의 거리는 적어도 상기 상면과 하면사이의 거리보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 냉각장치.
