Claims (1)
- 분말 또는 과립상태의 전도체와 비전도체로 이루어지는 혼합물을 제조하는 제조단계와, 상기 혼합체에 전지를 매립시키는 매립단계와, 상기 매립단계에서 전지를 일정시간동안 매립시켜 전지를 완전방전시키는 완전방전단계와, 상기 완전방전된 전지를 파쇄기를 이용하여 전지를 파쇄시킴으로써 폐기시키는 폐기단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐전지 처리방법.
