통상의 원지제조에 있어서,In normal papermaking, 침엽수펄프 30∼70wt%, 활엽수펄프 30∼70wt%의 혼합펄퍼 100wt%에 대하여,To 100 wt% of mixed pulp of 30 to 70 wt% of softwood pulp and 30 to 70 wt% of hardwood pulp, 내첨(안료)사이징제로서 탈크 또는 백토 1∼20wt%, 산화전분 또는 양성전분이나 에치화전분 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 전분 1∼5wt%, 알킬케텐다이머, 석신산무수물, 로진비누, 유리로진에멀젼 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 싸이즈제 0.2∼6wt%, 에피크로로하이드린, 폴리에치렌이민 중에서 선택되는 지격증강제 0.1∼6wt%, 알룸, 폴리알루미움크로라이드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 정착제 0.2∼8wt%, 양성폴리아크릴아마이드 0.05-0.2wt%을 초지액에 첨가하여 초지하고 초지된 지필(Sheet)을 건조시키고 건조된 지필표면에 전술한 혼합펄프 100wt%에 대하여 아미노수지, 그리옥살수지, 금속이온염 등에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 경화제 0.0004∼0.01wt%, 폴리우레탄 또는 아크릴로니트리렘 아크릴산에스텔, 말레인산무수물, 스치렌메타아크릴산에스테르의 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합 사이징제 0.01∼2wt%, 4급암모늄염, 스테아린산칼슘, 알룸, PAC 중에서 선택되는 양성화제 0.01∼3wt%, 미량의 염료(0.01%이하)로 조성되는 표면사이징제로서 사이즈프레스에서 도공층을 형성함을 특징으로하는 컵라면 용기 원지의 제조방법1 to 20 wt% of talc or white clay, 1 to 5 wt% of one or more starches selected from oxidized starch or amphoteric starch or etched starch, alkyl ketene dimer, succinic anhydride, rosin soap, glass rosin emulsion 0.2 to 6 wt% of at least one size agent selected from among 0.1 to 6 wt% of an abrasive enhancer selected from epichlorohydrin and polyethyleneimine, and 0.2 to 8 wt% of at least one fixer selected from alum and polyaluminum chloride , 0.05-0.2wt% amphoteric polyacrylamide was added to the papermaking solution to dry the papermaking sheet and to 100% by weight of the above mixed pulp on the dried paper surface. 0.0004 to 0.01 wt% of at least one curing agent selected from the above, copolymers of polyurethane or acrylonitrile acrylate, maleic anhydride, and styrene metaacrylate 0.01 to 2 wt% of at least one polymerization sizing agent selected from the above, quaternary ammonium salt, calcium stearate, alum, 0.01 to 3 wt% of a cationic agent selected from PAC, and a small amount of dye (0.01% or less).
