Abstract
The present invention is 50 to 90% by weight of inorganic powder containing alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) and phosphorus pentoxide (P 2 O 5 ) as essential components and 10 to 50 weight by weight of fluorine resin selected from the group consisting of PTFE, PFA and FEP An inner surface of a grill case coated with an upper surface with at least one coating layer of%, a cooking appliance such as a grill pan, and the like.
Description
The present invention relates to a material excellent in antifouling properties and wear resistance of household cooking utensils, heaters and the like.
It is known that the upper surface of a cooking utensil or a member thereof, such as a gas range, a grill case of the gas range, etc., is made of surface-treated steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, and is coated with fluorine resin.
The upper surface of the gas range coated with the fluororesin containing paint of 1-layer paint type or 2-layer paint type is known. Fish oil or meat oil, which stains the top of the gas cooker or the bottom of the grill case during cooking, can be easily wiped off by forming a coating layer formed by coating such a fluorine resin-containing paint, that is, an antifouling paint.
It is also known that the hardness and durability of the coating layer can be improved by adding special fillers for reinforcement in the coating.
However, when the amount of the filler is excessive, there is a problem in that the pollution prevention property is degraded.
Therefore, since the amount of filler is limited, it does not contribute much to improving the hardness and durability of the coating layer. Conventionally, inorganic powder such as alumina is added as a reinforcing material to the coating for the primary coating layer or the intermediate coating layer of the fluororesin paint to improve the coating strength. We are planning. However, these powders have a problem in that the amount of addition is limited, so that the improvement in coating strength and durability is small. When comparing as coating film strength, the degree of 2 rank-up was a limit.
Moreover, the characteristics of the known coating layer are insufficient in terms of washability, hardness and durability when used in pots in which cooked foods often boil and are frequently soiled, and the top surface is white or the like to achieve washability, hardness and durability. It is difficult to make it pale.

Materials of the present invention include gas cookers, electric stoves, gas ovens, microwave ovens, inner surfaces of grill cases, grill pans, household cookware such as stove tops, heaters, and the like.
The base material of the coating material may be made of surface-treated steel such as phosphate-treated steel, zinc phosphate-treated steel, stainless steel, hot-dip aluminum-plated steel, hot-dip aluminum-zinc plated steel (zinc-plated steel), or the like.
According to the first embodiment of the present invention, a filler-containing fluororesin coating layer is coated on a required portion of the material. That is, you may coat directly on a base material surface, and you may coat as a finishing coating layer (2nd embodiment) or an intermediate coating layer (3rd embodiment).
Filler-containing fluorine resin coating layer is 50 to 90% by weight, preferably 60 to 70% by weight of inorganic powder containing alumina and phosphorus pentoxide as essential components on the basis of paint solids, and 10 to 50% by weight of fluorine resin, preferably It is formed by coating the coating material for the filler-containing fluororesin coating layer containing 15 to 30% by weight on the primary coating layer or the base material.
If the amount of the fluorine resin is less than 10% by weight, sufficient adhesion will not be achieved, whereas if the amount of the fluorine resin is more than 50% by weight, the hardness of the formed coating film is lowered.
The inorganic powder added should contain alumina and phosphorus pentoxide as essential ingredients.
The preferred amount of alumina is about 20 to 50% by weight, more preferably 30 to 45% by weight relative to the total amount of the paint for the filler-containing fluororesin coating layer.
The preferred amount of phosphorus pentoxide is about 20 to 50% by weight, more preferably 25 to 35% by weight relative to the total amount of the paint for the filler-containing fluororesin coating layer.
Inorganic powders other than alumina and phosphorus pentoxide may be added to the coating material for the intermediate coating layer. Examples of such inorganic powders include alkali metal oxides such as sodium oxide and potassium oxide.
The particle size of the inorganic powder is preferably 1 to 20 µm, more preferably 1 to 10 µm.
Examples of the fluororesin added to the filler-containing fluororesin coating material include PTFE, PFA, and FEP, most preferably PTFE and PFA, which may be used alone or in combination.
Other components added to the paint for the filler-containing fluororesin coating layer are pigments such as carbon black and titanium mica. The reason why the hardness of the coating film is remarkably improved by the present invention is not clear, but a composition containing alumina and phosphorus pentoxide is mixed. It is believed that, as phosphorus pentoxide melts by heat, it binds with alumina particles and binds with fluorine resin to fix alumina to contribute to coating strength.
The thickness of the filler-containing fluororesin coating layer is preferably 30 µm to 60 µm, more preferably 40 µm to 50 µm. In order to obtain sufficient hardness, thickness of 30 micrometers or more is preferable. If the thickness of the filler-containing fluororesin coating layer is 60 µm or more, it is difficult to obtain excellent adhesion.
According to the second embodiment of the present invention, the base material is first coated with the coating material for the primary coating layer containing PES as a main component. The amount of PES in the coating material for the primary coating layer is 40 to 85% by weight, preferably 45 to 60% by weight based on the solids content of the primary coating layer paint. Other components optionally added to the coating material for the primary coating layer include fluorine resins such as other resins such as PTFE and pigments such as carbon black and titanium oxide.
PES is excellent in the adhesiveness with respect to the said steel base material and an intermediate coating layer, and is excellent in workability as resin for a primary coating layer.
Preferable thickness of the rough coat layer is 5 micrometers-10 micrometers, More preferably, they are 7 micrometers-9 micrometers.
The primary coating layer is used to obtain good adhesion between the base steel and the intermediate coating layer.
A third embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 1, in which the base material 1 is coated with the above-described paint for the primary coating layer 2, and then the filler-containing fluororesin as the intermediate coating layer 3 After coating the coating material for the coating layer, the coating material for the finishing coating layer 4 is coated thereon.
The mixing | blending of the coating for primary coating layers and the coating material for intermediate coating layers, and the preferable thickness of a coating layer are based on what was mentioned above. If the intermediate coating layer made of the filler-containing fluororesin coating layer is omitted, excellent adhesion and hardness cannot be obtained.
The paint for the finish coating layer 4 contains at least one fluorine resin selected from the group consisting of PTFE, PFA and FEP. PTFE and PFA are the most preferable, and these may be used alone or in combination in view of contamination prevention.
The paint for the finish coating layer may contain other components such as pigments such as carbon black and titanium mica.
The amount of the fluorine resin in the paint for the finish paint layer is preferably 80% by weight or more, more preferably 90% by weight or more based on the total solids of the paint for the finish paint layer. If the amount of the fluorine resin is less than 80% by weight, the antifouling property is poor.
The coating material for the finishing coating layer is prepared in powder form or suspension form, and is coated by spraying, powder coating, electrodeposition coating or the like.
1 micrometer-10 micrometers are preferable, and, as for the thickness of a finishing coating layer, 1 micrometer-5 micrometers are more preferable. When the thickness of the finish coating layer is 10 µm or more, the coating film surface tends to bend.
The finishing coating layer is effective in providing more excellent antifouling property to the surface of materials such as cooking utensils.
The coating material for the primary coating layer may be a liquid or a dispersion coating composition.
It is preferable that the paint for filler containing fluororesin coating layers is a dispersion coating composition.
It is preferable that the coating material for finishing coat layers is a dispersion or powdery coating composition.
These coating compositions are coated by methods such as spraying and electrodeposition coating. The fluorine resin contained in the coating composition is typically melted by heating over a substrate at about 400 ° C. for 20 minutes, or at 420 ° C. for 10 minutes.
