Abstract
활성백토와 간수성분으로된 혼합물을 재료로하여 글라스 화이버와 함께 건축물 내장용 시-트를 제조함에 있어서, 시-트 표면의 거친 글라스 화이버의 표면에 티탄화이트(TiO2)가 사이즈제로 내포된 티탄화이트지(紙)를 접착제로 접착하여 라미네이팅한 다음 그 위에 필요한 대리석 문양의 칼라무늬를 인쇄 한후 다림질한 것의 표면에 불포화 폴리에스테르수지를 코팅하여 건축물 내장용 화장판으로 사용하므로서 티탄화이트가 사이즈제로 첨가된 종이에 의하여 인쇄가 용이하게 되어 종래에 글라스 화이버가 표면에 노출되어 인조대리석 문양 인쇄가 불가능 하였던 결점을 해소한 것이다.Titanium white (TiO 2 ) is contained in the size of the coarse glass fiber on the sheet surface of titanium in manufacturing a sheet for interior decoration of the building together with glass fibers using a mixture of activated clay and water Titanium white is added as a size agent by attaching white paper with adhesive and laminating it, then printing the color pattern of the marble pattern on it, and then coating unsaturated polyester resin on the surface of the iron to use it as a decorative board for building interiors.
