Claims (6)
- 상부는 유선형으로 형성되며 상부 끝단에는 결합부(12)가 구비되어 있고 하부는 하측으로 테이퍼가 구비되어 있으며 바닥면에는 돌출대(14)가 구비된 관통자(10)와,상기 관통자에 사출성형되어 관통자(10)의 상면을 카바하며 원추형을 형성하고 내측으로는 관통자(10)에 구비된 결합부(12)에 결합되어 있는 저항감소부(20)와,상기 관통자의 하부가 끼워져 결합되며 바닥면에는 관통자(10)의 돌출대(14)가 끼워져 결합되는 홈(31)이 구비되어 있으며 외주면에는 외주면을 따라 상,하측에 결합홈(33)(32)이 구비되고 하측에는 동공의 결합홈(34)이 구비된 압력판(30)과,상기 압력판 하측에 구비된 동공의 결합홈(34)에 끼워져 결합되는 돌출부가 구비되며 하면에는 오목하게 구형(41)이 형성된 폐쇄판(40)과,상기 관통자를 감싸며 일체로 사출성형되어 하측으로는 압력판(30)의 외주면에 구비된 상측 결합홈(33)에 결합됨과 아울러 외경이 확장된 회전밴드(51)가 구비되고 상측으로는 외주면에 나선(53)이 구비되어 있으며 외주면에는 종방향으로 예비파열홈(52)이 형성된 이탈피(50)와,상기 이탈피(50)에 구비된 나선(53)에 나선결합되며 상기 저항감소부(20)를 감싸며 유선형으로 형성되며 상단에는 관통홀(61)이 구비되고 내측에는 종방향으로예비파열홈(62)이 형성된 탄두마개로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 회전안정 관통탄두.
- 제1항에 있어서저항감소부(20)는 유리섬유로 강화된 폴리에테르이미드(Poly Ether Imide)수지로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 회전안정 관통탄두
- 제1항 또는 제2항중 한 항에 있어서저항감소부(20)는 유리섬유를 27-43중량% 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 회전안정 관통탄두
- 제1항에 있어서이탈피(50)는 유리섬유로 강화된 폴리에테르이미드(Poly Ether Imide)수지로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 회전안정 관통탄두
- 제1항 혹은 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서이탈피(50)는 유리섬유를 37-43중량% 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 회전안정 관통탄두
- 제1항에 있어서압력판(30) 외주면에 구비된 상측 결합홈(33)은 하측으로 걸림턱이 형성되게 비대칭으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 회전안정 관통탄두
