Claims (1)
- 압력용기의 경사형 셸의 양단에 원통형 셸을 각각 연결하는 방법에 있어서,단조작업을 통해 강괴(50)를 단련하고, 최종제품과 동일한 중량만큼 원판형으로 절단하여 작업소재(1)를 형성하는 단계와,상기 작업소재(1)의 중심부를 천공하여 구멍(17)을 형성하는 단계와,이 천공된 구멍(17)에 굴대(2)를 끼우고 축방향으로 연신하는 단계와,상기 연신된 작업소재(1)의 구멍(17)에 경사형 1단굴대(6)를 끼워 지지대(4)에 회전이 자유롭게 설치하고, 상기 지지대(4)의 안쪽면에 설치된 가이드블록(8)을 이용하여 상기 작업소재(1)의 축방향 이동을 억제하는 단계와,작업소재(1)의 상부에 위치한 직경확장용 경사다이(7)가 하강하여 상기 작업소재(1)를 누른 후 상승하면 상기 경사형 1단굴대(6)가 일정각도 회전하고, 다시 직경확장용 경사다이(3)가 하강하여 누르는 동작을 반복하여 상기 작업소재(1)의 직경을 확장시키는 단계와,최종제품에서 직경이 큰 원통형 셸과 경사형 셸이 만나는 부분(P)에 노치성형용 다이(9)를 이용, 작업소재(1)의 둘레방향에 노치(12)를 형성하는 단계와,노치(12)가 형성된 작업소재(1)를 최종성형다이(11)와 경사형 2단굴대(10) 사이에서 일정각도씩 회전하면서 누르는 동작을 반복하는 단계로 구성된 원통형-경사형 셸을 일체로 제조하는 방법.
