Claims (5)
- 인공의지와 연결된 관절부(A)의 족 관절 각도를 인체각의 움직임과 동일한 다축식으로 형성하여 불 특정한 노면보행에 대한 적응력을 강화시켜 정상인의 족 관절 운동을 구현할 수 있도록 한 인공발용 다축 관절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 관절부(A)는 상측의 어댑터 블록(2)과 하측의 관절 블록(4)으로 구성되어 두 블록(2)(4) 사이에 링크 베어링(6)을 설치하여 저굴 운동과 배굴 운동의 족 관절 운동을 수행하도록 한 인공발용 다축 관절장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 어댑터 블록(2)의 내면 좌우측에 4개의 쿠션 고무(8)를 설치하여, 상기 쿠션고무(8)로 족 관절각의 내외반 각도를 제한하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 인공발용 다축 관절장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 쿠션 고무(8)를 체중 부하에 따라 압축비를 다르게하여 압착 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 인공발용 다축 관절장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 어댑터 블록(2)의 내면 전방에는 전방 링 고무 쿠션(14)을 상측의 어댑터 블록(2)과 하부 족관절 블록(4)내에 설치되어 있는 돌출핀(16)내로 삽입하여 관절부를 바르게 정렬시키면서 발 선단부가 지면에 닿을 때 3도 정도의 회전각을 얻도록 하여 관절부의 모우멘트를 감소시켜 주며 지면에서 떨어질 때 압축된 고무 쿠션(14)과 관절장치에 설치된 탄성재(30)가 흡수된 체중 에너지를 방출하면서 보행 또는 도약을 돕도록 구성하고, 후방에는 충격흡수용 고무 쿠션(12)을 설치하여 발뒤꿈치가 닿는 순간의 충격을 흡수하고 동시에 압축되어 족 관절을 최대 15도로 제한하여 회전시켜 자연스런 보행을 유도하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 인공발용 다축 관절장치.
