Claims (3)
- 중량%로, C:0.05-0.15%, Mn:0.5-2.0%, S:0.15-0.40%, P:0.01-0.10%, O:0.003-0.020%, Bi:0.02-0.30%, Si:0.01%이하, Al:0.0009%이하, N:0.0070%, B:0.0050-0.0150% 및 나머지 Fe와 기타 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 고온연성이 우수한 쾌삭강
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강은 MnS 및 Bi가 흡착된 MnS개재물의 전단면분율이 0.5-2.0%이며, 금속성 Bi개재물의 전단면분율이 0.030-0.30%이며, 상기 두 개재물은 각각 그 길이가 5-20㎛이고 폭이 1-10㎛임을 특징으로 하는 고온연성이 우수한 쾌삭강
- 중량%로, C:0.05-0.15%, Mn:0.5-2.0%, S:0.15-0.40%, P:0.01-0.10%, O:0.003-0.020%, Bi:0.02-0.30%, Si:0.01%이하, Al:0.0009%이하, N:0.0070%, B:0.0050-0.0150% 및 나머지 Fe와 기타 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 블룸(bloom)을 재가열하여 800-1200℃의 온도에서 강편압연하고, 얻어진 강편(billet)을 재가열한 후 800-1200℃의 온도에서 선재압연하여 이루어지는 고온연성이 우수한 쾌삭강선재의 제조방법.
