Claims (3)
- 라디안트 튜브(100)의 내측에 이형관(10)이 위치되고, 상기 이형관(10)의 일측으로는 몸체부(140)가 장착되며, 상기 이형관(10)의 내측에는 내튜브(150)가 장착되어 라디안트 튜브(100)를 통하여 배출되는 배가스의 폐열을 회수하고, 상기 이형관(10)의 직선부(10a)와 캡(10b)의 내,외주면에는 다수개의 흡열핀(20)과 방열핀(170)이 형성되어 상기 라디안트 튜브(100)의 버너(115)로 공급되는 연소용공기를 가열하는 열교환기에 있어서,상기 직선부(10a)의 길이방향으로 전체길이에 걸쳐 상기 흡열핀(20)이 형성되는 상기 이형관(10)의 외경(d1)은 상기 라디안트 튜브(100)의 내경(d2)에 대략적으로 일치하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 라디안트 튜브용 열교환기.
- 라디안트 튜브(100)의 내측에 직선부(10a)와 반구형 캡(10b)을 갖는 이형관(10)이 위치되고, 상기 이형관(10)의 일측으로는 몸체부(140)가 장착되며, 상기 이형관(10)의 내측에는 내튜브(150)가 장착되어 라디안트 튜브(100)를 통하여 배출되는 배가스의 폐열을 회수하고, 라디안트 튜브(100)의 버너(115)로 공급되는 연소용공기를 가열하는 열교환기에 있어서,상기 이형관(10)의 직선부(10a)는 원주방향으로 삼각단면의 요철부(40)를 다수개 형성하여 전열면적을 확대시키도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 라디안트 튜브용열교환기.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 이형관(10)의 직선부(10a)는 원주방향으로 사각단면의 요철부(50)를 다수개 형성하여 전열면적을 확대시키도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 라디안트 튜브용 열교환기.
