Claims (4)
- 괴상형의 원료석회석을 하소후 분쇄하여 얻은 산화칼슘 70 - 95 중량%, 무수 염화마그네슘인 발열 보조제 5 - 30 중량%를 분말과 입자상태로 혼합하여 만든 고체상의 발열원과, 물 70 - 95 중량%, 발열촉진제 5 -20 중량%, 끊는점 변형제 5 -20 중량%를 혼합하여 만든 액상 발열원과를 1 : 0.8 - 1.3의 중량비로 혼합하여 수화반응과 중화반응에서 생성된 수화반응열과 중화반응열이 발생되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 식품 발열체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 발열촉진제는 인산 또는 황산, 질산, 염산, 과염소산, 또는 이들 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 식품 발열체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 끓는점 변형제는 글리세린 또는 에틸렌 그리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 1-3-프로판디올 또는 이들 혼합용액임을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 식품 발열체의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화칼슘은 직경 5 - 10 Cm 괴상형의 석회석을 분쇄한 후 하소처리하여 물에 용해 시키고, 여기에서 불용성 입자를 걸러낸 다음 침전을 걸러내고 하소처리하여 얻은 불규칙 침상입자 및 분말상태의 고활성 산화칼슘임을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 식품 발열체의 제조방법.
