Claims (5)
- 통상의 광케이블 분기장치에 있어서,내부에 다수개의 광섬유(53)와 외부인장선(55)이 마련된 광케이블(50)과;원통형 부재의 내주면 일정 구간에 나선홈이 형성된 분기부재 결합부(12)가 마련된 하우징(10)과;상기 하우징의 분기부재 결합부(12)에 나사 결합되고, 면상에는 상기 광케이블 내부의 광섬유(53)가 통과되는 다수개의 정열구멍(21)이 마련되며, 외주면 중앙부에는 소정 깊이의 밴딩홈(23)이 형성되고, 상기 밴딩홈(23) 일측면에는 광케이블의 외부인장선(55)이 끼워지는 인장선 인입공(24)이 마련된 분기부재(20)와;상기 분기부재의 밴딩홈(23)에 설치되어 상기 분기부재의 인장선 인입공(24)을 통과하여 밴딩홈(23)에 위치된 외부인장선(55)을 가압 고정하는 밴드(60)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 외부인장선형 광케이블 분기장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분기부재(20)는 밴딩홈(23)을 중심으로 상기 인장선 인입공(24) 반대방향의 측벽면상에 소정 깊이의 인장선 삽입공(25)이 마련되어 상기 인장선 인입공(24)을 통해 밴딩홈(23)상에 위치된 외부인장선(55)의 끝단부가 상기 인장선 삽입공(25)에 끼워지도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 외부인장선형 광케이블 분기장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 인장선 삽입공(25)에 끼워진 외부 인장선(55)의 끝단은 특수 접착제로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부인장선형 광케이블 분기장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밴드(60)는 양측 끝단부에 소정의 관통공(64)이 형성된 고정부(63)가 마련되되, 상기 밴드(60)를 분기부재의 밴딩홈(23)에 위치된 외부인장선(55) 둘레면에 설치할 때 상기 고정부(63)가 일정 간격 이격되도록 형성되며, 상기 고정부(63)는 별도의 볼트(66)와 너트(67)로 조여서 상기 밴드(60)가 외부인장선(55)을 가압하여 고정되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 외부인장선형 광케이블 분기장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 밴딩홈(23)은 인장선 인입공(24)과 인장선 삽입공(25)이 형성된 반경보다 작은 반경의 외주면을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 외부인장선형 광케이블 분기장치.
