Claims (4)
- 토양 치환성 칼리함량 측정에 있어서, 토양을 염화나트륨 용액으로 침출하여 수산화나트륨과 포름알데하이드와 소디움 테트라페닐 보레이트를 첨가하여 비탁시킨 후에 분광광도계로 흡광도를 측정하여 토양 치환성 칼리를 정량하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액체시약인 포름알데하이드는 2-10방울(1방울은 0.02mL) 첨가하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분말시약인 소디움 테트라페닐 보레이트는 0.01-0.5g을 잴 수 있는 시약스푼으로 1수푼 첨가하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 치환성 칼리를 500-720nm에서 분광광도계로 흡광도를 측정하는 것인 방법.
