A fuel filling cover(14) is installed to the front end of the inlet part of the fuel pump. The fuel filling cover has a vent hole for inflow of fuel when the quantity of residual fuel is minimal. Because the inlet of the inlet part of the fuel pump is installed to the inner part of the fuel filling cover the fuel pump pumps the fuel flowed into the inside of the fuel filling cover and the fuel pressure can be maintained.
