Claims (1)
- 해양오염의 진단용 생화학 지표에 있어서, 넙치의 혈액 및 뇌조직의 절취후, 혈청과 뇌조직에 함유된 이들중의 LDH, AChE 및 BChE의 활성을 측정하여 그 비(LDH/AChE 및 LDH/BChE)로서 해양오염 진단용 생화학지표(biomarkers)로 삼는 것을 특징으로 하는 넙치의 효소분석에 의한 해양오염 진단용 생화학지표의 개발.
