종래의 타이어는 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이 림 본체(2')를 타이어(1')에 장착하여 이 타이어(1')로 하여금 차량의 하중을 지지하도록 하였는 바, 펑크 등과 같은 사고로 인하여 타이어(1')가 손상을 입는 경우에 내부에 차있던 공기가 새어나가게 되어 차량을 저속으로 주행한다고 해도 공기가 새어나간 타이어를 장착한 림 본체(2')와 휠로 무리하게 주행을 하게 되므로 상기 림 본체와 휠이 훼손 당하는 문제가 발생한다.In the conventional tire, as shown in FIG. 1, the rim main body 2 'is mounted on the tire 1' so that the tire 1 'supports the load of the vehicle. 본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위해 안출한 것으로써, 사고 등으로 인하여 타이어가 파손되어 더 이상 차량의 주행이 불가능 해졌을 때도 일정 거리 만큼은 안전한 주행이 가능하도록 림 본체의 구조를 변경하였는데, 림 본체가 결합된 타이어 내부의 원주 방향으로 림 본체의 저면에 부착되면서 8곳으로 분할한 위치에 4개의 스프링과 4개의 댐퍼가 교대로 연결된 환형 테가 림 본체와 결합되어 림 조립체를 구성하고 있는 바, 타이어가 공기가 새어나가 압축되는 경우에 상기 환형 테의 상단부가 타이어가 더이상 압축되지 않고 일정한 형상을 계속 유지하도록 타이어를 지지하게 되고 또한, 환형 테에 형성된 스프링과 댐퍼에 의해 진동을 흡수하면서 차량을 일정 시간동안 저속으로 주행할 수 있게 하여 갑작스런 펑크 등과 같은 사고에 의해 차량이 전복될 수 있는 가능성을 배제하면서 안전한 장소에서 림 본체와 휠의 훼손없이 차량을 수리할 수 있도록 하였다.The present invention has been made in order to improve the problems described above, even when the tire is damaged due to an accident, etc., even when the vehicle is no longer running, the structure of the rim body is changed to allow safe driving by a certain distance.
