- 효모 GAL4의 DNA 결합영역(GAL4 BD)과 티로신 인산화효소의 SH2영역 및 활성화된 인산화효소영역이 융합된 단백질을 발현하는 벡터로 효모를 형질전환시키고, 전기 형질전환된 효모를 효모 GAL4의 전사활성화영역(GAL4 AD)을 발현하는 벡터에 삽입된 cDNA 라이브러리로 추가로 형질전환시켜 티로신 인산화-의존적 효모 하이브리드를 작제하는 단계를 포함하는 티로신 인산화효소의 SH2 영역에 결합하는 어댑터 단백질 유전자의 선별방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,티로신 인산화 효소는 Src 패밀리 티로신 인산화효소 또는 Tec 패밀리 티로신 인산화효소인 것을 특징으로 하는티로신 인산화효소의 SH2 영역에 결합하는 어댑터 단백질 유전자의 선별방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,Src 패밀리 티로신 인산화효소는 p56lck,p59fyn, Blk, Yes, Lyn, Yrk, Hck, Fgr 및 Abl로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는티로신 인산화효소의 SH2 영역에 결합하는 어댑터 단백질 유전자의 선별방법.
