Claims (2)
- 저면에 오일이 채워진 밀폐용기내에 장착되어 냉매가스가 압축되는 실린더와 상기 실린더의 내부에서 왕복 운동하는 피스톤과 상기 실린더의 외주면에 결합되는 모터와 상기 오일을 펌핑하는 오일펌퍼를 포함하여 구성되어 모터의 구동력에 의해 피스톤이 실린더내를 직선 왕복 운동하면서 냉매가스를 흡입하고 압축하여 토출시키는 리니어 압축기에 있어서; 상기 실린더에서 발생되는 열이 모터에 전달되는 것을 차단하도록 상기 오일펌퍼에서 펌핑된 오일이 상기 실린더내부를 순환 유동하도록 실린더에 냉각유로를 형성하고 상기 냉각유로를 순환 유동하는 오일의 일부가 상기 실린더와 피스톤사이에 공급되도록 피스톤의 외주면에 오일공급홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 냉각구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각유로는 모터가 결합되는 실린더의 외주면에 소정의 폭과 깊이를 갖도록 형성된 테두리홈과, 상기 오일펌퍼에서 펌핑된 오일이 상기 테두리홈으로 유입되도록 형성된 오일유입구멍과, 상기 테두리홈과 상기 실린더에 삽입되는 피스톤의 외주면에 형성된 오일공급홈을 연통시키는 연결구멍과, 상기 테두리홈에 유입된 오일이 실린더외부로 유출되도록 테두리홈과 외부를 연통시키는 오일유출구멍으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 냉각구조.
