Abstract

PURPOSE: An anti-locking brake device is provided to simplify brake lines and to ease work processes, by simplifying a structure of a spin preventive valve and using only one double check valve. CONSTITUTION: A brake valve(50) is transferred the hydraulic pressure from a reservoir tank(51). A relay valve(52) is connected with the brake valve and is transferred the hydraulic pressure. A pressure chamber is transferred the hydraulic pressure from the relay valve and operates a brake. A wheel sensor(56) checks the spin condition of wheel and transfers the signal to an ECU. A couple of pressure valves(57) are equipped between the relay valve and the pressure chamber, and pass the hydraulic pressure through the spun wheel and interrupts the hydraulic pressure when there is not the wheel spin. A double check valve(53) is connected with the relay valve and the pressure valves. A spin preventive valve(1) is connected with the double check valve, supplies the hydraulic pressure to the double check valve, and consists of a body having only one inlet and one outlet and a solenoid valve opening and shutting the outlet.
