대형트럭 중 8*4의 차량에 적용되는 브레이크 시스템에 있어서; 상기 브레이크 시스템은 전륜, 후륜의 바퀴(W1,W3,W6,W8)들에 각각 구비되는 스피드 센서(S1∼S4)들과, 상기 스피드 센서(S1∼S4)들로부터 속도신호를 입력받아 바퀴(W1∼W8)들의 미끄럼과 스핀이 방지되게 하는 ECU(10)와, 브레이크 페달(B)의 압력신호에 의하여 동작되면서 에어탱크(T)의 압축공기가 전, 후륜의 브레이크 에어라인에 공급되게 하는 전, 후륜 릴레이밸브(41,42)들과, 상기 전륜 릴레이밸브(41)를 통하여 압축공기를 공급받음과 더불어 ECU(10)에 의하여 제어되면서 전륜의 각 에어챔버(C1∼C4)들이 동작되게 압축공기를 공급하는 전륜 좌, 우측 프레셔밸브(21,22)들과, 상기 후륜 릴레이밸브(42)를 통하여 압축공기를 공급받음과 더불어 ECU(10)에 의하여 제어되면서 후륜의 각 에어챔버(C5∼C8)들이 동작되게 압축공기를 공급하는 후륜 좌, 우측 프레셔밸브(23,24)들과, 상기 후륜 릴레이(42)와 후륜 좌, 우측 프레셔밸브(23,24) 사이에 구비되면서 ECU(10)에 의하여 제어되는 솔레노이드밸브(30)를 통하여 공급된 에어탱크(T)의 압축공기가 상기 후륜 좌, 우측 프레셔밸브(23,24)들 측으로만 공급되게 하는 더블체크밸브(50)와, 상기 후륜 좌, 우측 프레셔밸브(23,24)들과 후륜 1축의 좌, 우측 에어챔버(C5,C7)들 사이에 구비되면서 상기 후륜 좌, 우측 프레셔밸브(23,24)들에서 공급된 압축공기의 압력에 의하여 동작되어 에어탱크(T)의 압축공기를 상기 후륜 1축 좌, 우측 에어챔버(C5,C7)들에 공급되게 구비된 후륜 1축 좌, 우측 릴레이밸브(43,44)들로 구성된 대형차량의 바퀴 잠김 및 스핀방지용 브레이크 시스템.A brake system applied to a vehicle of 8 * 4 in a large truck; The brake system receives speed signals from the speed sensors S1 to S4 provided on the wheels W1, W3, W6, and W8 of the front wheel and the rear wheel, respectively, and receives the speed signal from the speed sensors S1 to S4.
