Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for producing microwave isolation material is provided to isolate various kinds of microwave (ranged of 3-30 frequency) suitable to produce practical products such as frame of glasses or badge, label or sticker by coating or applying the material on the products. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises A process (S110) of mixing 0.5-45% silicon oxide, aluminum trioxide, calcium carbonate and copper oxide, respectively; B process (S120) of sintering the mixture at 88 deg.C; C process (S130) of grinding the mixture to be powdered and blending and agitating the mixture together with general resin in desired mole ratio; D process (S140) of processing the mixture into powder type product; E process (S150) of forming the mixed powder by fusing then injection molding it into a desired product. The obtained material is prepared into paint or coating type materials to apply on and/or print general products to protect human body from harmful microwaves.
