Abstract

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an electro-magnetic wave shielding material is provided to shield electro-magnetic waves in the wide range and protect human bodies from the electro-magnetic waves by manufacturing the electro-magnetic wave shielding material as a paint. CONSTITUTION: Nickel oxide, zinc oxide and ferric oxide are mixed, and mixed oxide are mixed with silica and formed into an object of a certain shape. Mixed oxide is 50 to 80% and silica is 20 to 50%. The formed object is sintered at a temperature of 1,000 to 1,500deg.C in an inert atmosphere. The formed object is smashed, mixed and stirred by inputting a general resin of at least 5%. The obtained mixture is machined into a powder. The powder is melt and then injection molded to form solid particulates. The solid particulates are diluted into a paint to obtain an electro-magnetic shielding paint or an ink to obtain an electro-magnetic wave shielding ink.
