Claims (4)
- 미지 BOD 생물폐수 시료 및 상기 미지 BOD 시료와 기지 BOD 시료와의 혼합 시료를 각각 3가지 이상의 다른 희석비로 희석하여 6개 이상의 시료를 제조하고, 상기 시료들을 용존산소센서에 각각 접촉시켜 시간에 따른 용존산소량 변화를 동시에 측정하여 용존산소 변화량에 대한 BOD 값의 검량곡선을 얻고, 상기 미지 BOD 시료의 희석액의 시간에 따른 용존산소량 변화를 측정한 다음 상기 검량곡선을 이용하여 BOD 값을 얻는 것을 포함하는, 생물폐수의 BOD 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기지 BOD 시료가 갈락토스, 슈크로스, 말토스, 포도당, 글루타민산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,용존산소센서, 폐수시료 유입구, 희석용 폭기 증류수 유입구 및 측정된 시료 배출 조절 수단을 지닌 6개 이상의 생화학적 산소요구량 측정용기, 컴퓨터에 연결되어 상기 측정용기에 유입되는 폭기 증류수량 및 폐수 시료량과 시료 배출량을 제어하기 위한 조절기, 및 상기 용존산소센서 및 컴퓨터에 연결되어있는 아날로그-디지탈 변환기를 포함하는 생물폐수의 생화학적 산소요구량 측정장치를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 용존산소센서들이 1개의 양극을 공유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
