Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing an organic luminous element using beryllium complex compound. The organic luminous element can be operated by low voltage and improves its efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Beryllium complex compound is represented by the formula (1) wherein, R1-R8 are same or different each other, individually represent hydrogen atom, alkoxy group, aryl group, carbonyl group, aromatic group, low hydrocarbon group of C1-5 and nitrile group. The compound of the formula (1) is prepared by reacting halogenated beryllium of the formula (2). The organic luminous element is manufactured by the steps of: vacuum depositing injections on the glass plate coated with conductive clear electrode to form injection layer; vacuum depositing luminous thin film containing the compound of the formula (1) to form luminous layer; and forming metallic electrode thereon.
