Claims (4)
- 폴리비닐클로라이드 100 중량부에 대하여 열안정제 2∼6 중량부 및 활제의 혼합물 1∼4 중량부를 첨가하고;상기 혼합물을 노즐 직하부에 건식 또는 습식 가열장치를 부착하여 100∼250℃로 유지된 방사 장치를 이용하여 방사한 후 권취하고; 그리고상기 권취된 섬유를 50∼100℃의 건열을 이용하여 연신하고 120∼180℃의 온도에서 열처리하거나 또는 85∼100℃의 끓는 물 속에서 연신하고 95∼130℃의 온도에서 건조시킨 후 100∼140℃의 온도에서 열처리하는;것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐클로라이드 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열안정제는 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 황 함유 유기 주석 화합물, 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)로 나타내어지는 유기주석계 화합물, 이들의 혼합물 및 바륨/카드뮴계, 바륨/아연계, 칼슘/아연계, 납계 및 비금속계 열안정제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐클로라이드 섬유의 제조방법:화학식 1상기 화학식 1에서 R1은 CH3-, n-C4H9-, n-C8H17- 또는 n-C12H25- 이고 R2는 -CH2-CO-O-알킬, -CH2-CH2-CO-O-알킬 또는 -CH2-CH2-O-CO-알킬임;화학식 2상기 화학식 2에서 R1은 n-C4H9- 또는 n-C8H17-이며 R2는 -알킬 또는-CH=CH-CO-O-알킬임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활제는 내부 활제와 외부 활제를 동시에 첨가하고, 상기 내부 활제는 탄소수 14∼18개의 고급 지방산, 탄소수 14∼18개의 알코올 또는 탄소수 26∼32개의 몬탄산이고 상기 외부 활제는 파라핀, 폴리에틸렌 또는 몬탄산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐클로라이드 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐클로라이드 섬유.
