Claims (3)
- 광원으로부터 발생된 광에 의해 광스폿을 광매체에 조사하여, 그 매체에 신호를 기록하거나 그 매체로부터 신호를 독출하기 위한 광픽업장치에 있어서, 상기 광을 상기 매체 표면에 집속하거나 상기 매체표면에서 반사된 광을 집속하는 대물렌즈 ; 및 상기 광원과 상기 대물렌즈 사이의 광 경로상에 위치하는, 반경을 달리하는 복수의 동심원으로 구성되며 상기 대물렌즈의 유효경보다는 작은 유효경을 갖는 적어도 셋이상의 파장판을 구비하되, 상기 파장판들 중 반경이 가장 작은 동심원으로 구성된 제1파장판 및 반경이 가장 큰 동심원으로 구성된 제2파장판은 선형편광된 빔성분이 완전히 투과되도록 광축방향을 조정하고, 상기 제 1파장판의 반경보다는 크고 상기 제2파장판의 반경보다는 작은 반경을 갖는 동심으로 구성된 적어도 하나의 다른 파장판은 선형편광된 빔성분이 완전히 차단되거나 또는 부분적으로 차단되도록 광축을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파장판들은 상기 제1파장판, 상기 적어도 하나의 다른 파장판 및 상기 제2파장판의 순으로 그 중심이 일치하도록 차레대로 적층되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1파장판의 광축방향이 상기 광의 광축방향과 0도, 상기 제2파장판의 광축방향이 상기 광의 광축방향과 90도, 그리고 상기 제1파장판과 상기 제2파장판의 사이에 있는 두 파장판은 45도 및 60도가 되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치.
