Description
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a pre-zygo feed using as a raw material a variety of plants (straw, barley straw, straw, rice husk, weed, grass, electric tree, sawdust, seaweed, lacquer vine, etc.) and waste plants. In other words, starch, water, sodium hydroxide (NaOH), potassium hydroxide (KOH), sodium carbonate (Na 2 Co 3 ) in a stabilizing solution containing various plants and fibrous decomposition Hosho, fermented for 24 hours, dried and fine particles By pulverizing, it is possible to produce large quantities of fine and nutritious particulate feeds for livestock and to feed waste plants and various plants at the same time. Generally, stems such as rice, barley, and dense drip are treated with ammonia, cut into a certain size, and used as livestock feed. However, these feeds are not mass-produced because the ammonia treatment period should be considerably longer in order for the livestock to be eaten well. Iii) a fibrous structure that is a molecule and is firmly bonded by hydrogen bonding between most OH groups It can not be broken into fine particles, so it can be fed to cows and goats, but it can not be fed to other livestock. The range of feed is limited. It has been attempted to destroy the particles to make the fine particles, but this has a problem that the production cost is high and economical.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention mixes the fiber of various plants with a degrading enzyme and ferments them to undergo physical and chemical changes so as to make the linear structure of the fiber flexible and pulverize to a fine state with a general friction type grinder. When the present invention will be described in detail as follows.
Step 1]
Starch 20 in the reactor And put 5 pieces of water 100 Stir slowly while preheating within the range, and at the same time, 2000 g of sodium hydroxide (NaOH), 10 g of potassium hydroxide (KOH), and 30 g of sodium carbonate (Na 2 Co 3 ) were dissolved. 100 by steam -190 When heated to an extent to make alkaline stabilizing solution, water containing starch molecules breaks Clucoside bonds, and soluble dextrin is produced.
Step 2]
Alkaline stabilization liquid produced in the first process, various plants (rice, barley, dense, rice husk, weed, grass, whole wood, sawdust, seaweed, lacquer vine, etc.) 500 , And 20 g of fibrinase are mixed and fermented in a reactor for 24 hours.
Step 3]
Total water content of fermented material fermented in the second process 20 To dry.
Step 4]
Water content in the third process 20 The dried fermented material is ground to fine particles of 0,0058 inch or more. According to the present invention, the fiber of various plants adsorbs alkaline stabilizing solution to increase the surface area, and at the same time, the fibrous molecule is promoted to be enhanced, so the linear structure of firmly adhered oily oil is changed flexibly. It is possible to grind the fine particles with a general mill.
Therefore, the present invention not only can produce a microparticle feed that can be applied to all livestock through various processes as described above, and can feed all plants except toxins. There is an advantage, and since the particulate feed is composed of the ingredients as shown in the table below, there is also the effect of obtaining a high quality particulate feed that is nutrient rich and well digested.
