Claims (8)
- 점착성 표면 장벽 액체(adherent surface barrier liquid) 또는 이 액체와 고체의 혼합물로 코팅되어 있으며, 수분과 어글로머레이트(agglomerate)가 없는 상태의 마이크로스페어(microsphere)를 제조하기 위한, 하기 A~C 단계를 포함하는 마이크로스페어(microsphere) 제조방법; A. 팽창 가능한 열가소성(thermoplastic) 마이크로스페어와 표면 장벽 액체 또는 이 액체와 고체의 혼합물을 배합하는 단계, 여기서 표면 장벽 액체는 열가소성 마이크로스페어의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 비등점을 갖는 액체이고; B. 마이크로스페어의 어글로머레이트 형성을 방지하기 위해 A단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 높은 시어(shear)로 충분히 혼합하고, 이와 동시에 마이크로스페어로부터 물을 완전히 제거하기 위해 혼합물을 가열하는 단계; C. 표면 장벽 액체 또는 이 액체와 고체와의 혼합물로 된 점착성 코팅을 가지며, 어글로머레이트가 유리된 마이크로스페어 합성물의 수집단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 장벽 액체는 가소제(plasticizers), 모노머(monomers), 올리고머(oligomers), 프리폴리머(pre-polymers), 저분자량 폴리머, 익스텐더(extenders), 희석제(diluents), 비수용성 용매, 습윤제(wetting agents) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 부재인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 마이크로스페어의 연화점이상 비등점이하의 온도로 가열하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 수분의 제거를 가속화하기 위해 감압하에서 가열하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로스페어는 25~50 중량의 수분이 함유된 습윤상태의 케이크 형태로 첨가되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 표면장벽 액체는 중합반응(polymerization) 또는 교차결합반응(cross-linking reaction)의 한 성분이고, 이 반응은 신택틱 폴리머 포옴(syntactic polymer foam)을 형성하기 위해 이행되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 표면장벽 액체는 가소제(plasticizer)이고, 여기서 합성물을 플라스티졸(plastisol) 내로 혼합되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 생성된 생성물을 포함하는 점착성 표면 장벽 액체 또는 이 액체와 고체물질과의 혼합물이 코팅되어 있는 마이크로스페어.
