Claims (4)
- 하기 화학식 1로 나타내어지는 조성을 갖는 고주파용 유전체 조성물.화학식 1(Pb(1-x)Cax)[(Fe0.5Nb0.5)(1-y)Sny]O3(상기 식 중, x 및 y의 범위는 각각 0.4≤x≤0.62 및 0.05≤y≤0.1이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, x 및 y의 범위가 각각 0.53≤x≤0.62 및 0.05≤y≤0.1인 조성물.
- a1) 미리 건조시킨 PbO, CaCO3, Fe2O3, Nb2O5및 SnO2를 혼합하는 단계,b1) 혼합 분말을 하소하는 단계,c1) 하소된 분말을 분쇄한 후 성형하는 단계,d1) 성형체를 열처리하는 단계, 및e1) 성형체를 PbZrO3또는 동일 조성의 분위기 분말 존재 하에 1000∼1300℃의 온도에서 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 또는 2항의 고주파용 유전체 조성물의 제조 방법.
- a2) 미리 건조시킨 PbO, CaCO3, Fe2O3, Nb2O5및 SnO2를 혼합하는 단계,b2) 혼합 분말을 하소하는 단계,c2) 하소된 분말을 분쇄한 후 성형하는 단계,d2) 성형체를 열처리하는 단계, 및e2) 성형체를 대기 중에서 1000∼1300℃의 온도에서 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 또는 2항의 고주파용 유전체 조성물의 제조 방법.
