Claims (9)
- 지하구조물의 벽을 지지하는 격자 거어더의 다수의 병행 바아들을 서로 연결시키기 위해서 3차원 폐다각형의 스틸로드로 형성되어 있는 연결 엘리먼트에 있어서, 상기 로드는 대체로 평활한 표면을 가지면서 520N/MM²의 최소 항복응력을 가지며, 상기 다각형의 굴곡반경은 상기 로드의 직경의 2배이하이며, 상기 로드는 굴곡가공을 거치기 이전에 압연가공 또는 신장가공 또는 인발성형가공에 의해 냉간성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 엘리먼트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로드의 스틸합금의 탄소함량은 0.16% 내지 0.21%이고, 실리콘(silicium) 함량은 0.15% 내지 0.2%이며, 망간 함량은 0.75% 내지 1.0%인 것으로 특징으로 하는 연결 엘리먼트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로드의 스틸합금의 탄소 등가량(CE ; CE = C + Mn/6 + Cr/5 + Ni/15 +Mo/4 + Cu/13 + P/2)은 0.45미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 엘리먼트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로드이 합금은 많아야 0.04%의 인, 0.03%의 황, 0.025%의 비소를 함유하며, 황에 대한 망간의 비율은 적어도 25인 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 엘리먼트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 굴곡가공이전의 냉간형성도는 8% 내지 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 엘리먼트.
- 다수의 인접세그먼트들로 이루어진 지하구조물의 벽 지지용 격자 거어더에 있어서, 상기 세그먼트는 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 다수의 연결 엘리먼트 의해 상호연결되는 다수의 평행 바아를 각각 포함하고, 각 세그먼트는 축단부중의 적어도 한 단부에 인접세그먼트 연결용 연결수단을 각각 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하구조물의 벽 지지용 격자 거어더.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 연결수단은 관통구멍을 가지고 있으면서 상기 바아에 용접되어 있는 측방향 연장 플랜지를 포함하며, 상기 세그먼트는 나사부재에 의해 상호연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하구조물의 벽 지지용 격자 거어더.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 세그먼트의 적어도 하나의 접합부에서의 상기 나사부재는 상기 거어더의 길이를 조성하기 위해서 인접 플랜지들의 일직선상의 구멍을 통해 연장되어 있는 나사선 바아와, 각각의 상기 2개의 플랜지의 양쪽 측면상의 너트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 지하구조물의 벽 지지용 격자 거어더.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 전면에서의 플랜지의 형상은 평행사변형 또는 사다리꼴인 것을 특징으로 하는 지하구조물의 벽 지지용 격자 거어더.
