Description

Corning Oil Composition

The present invention relates to a Corning oil (Coning oil) composition, and more particularly, to improve the smoothness between the fiber and metal (F / M) during the synthetic and natural fiber corning operation, between the yarn (Yarn) and the guide (Guide) It is easy to weaving by reducing frictional resistance and has excellent cleaning and removal ability, so there is no obstacle in the subsequent process (refining, dyeing, processing, etc.), it prevents the generation of static electricity, does not cause scattering or shading, and does not cause coloring and discoloration. To a corning oil composition.

In general, Corning oil should be equipped with conditions such as lubricity, smoothness, antistatic property, concentrating property and detergency. Since non-ionic or anionic surfactants often have the above conditions, they may be mixed and used properly. It is very important.

However, the various chemical constituents of the conventional corning oil generally have opposite characteristics (see JAOCS, Vol 65, No. 01 (October 1988), that is, if the lubricity is excellent, Poor cohesiveness and heat resistance, poor concentration, poor smoothness and sizing, and large amounts of anionic surfactants with excellent sizing properties resulted in poor smoothness and heat resistance. (JP-A-73-22793, 73-64294, 73-82195 and 74-31994).

In order to solve this problem, the present invention may vary the performance required for Corning oil even by the production facilities or manufacturing conditions in the field during the synthetic and natural fiber corning operation, so that the components having the opposite performance requirements as described above are specified. The formulation was completed based on the compounding technique to allow the chemical components to exert a synergistic effect.

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a Corning oil composition which is inexpensive and has excellent lubricity, emulsion stability and spinning properties during Corning operations.

The composition of the present invention for achieving the above object is 50 to 85% by weight of petroleum mineral oil, 5 to 10% by weight of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (6 to 10 mol), polyethylene glycol monooleate 0 to 10 of molecular weight 450 to 800 Weight percent, oilseed oil glycerides 0-10%, isooctyl stearate 0-35%, lauryl phosphate 0-5%, lauryl alcohol 0-5% and other additives.

Looking at the present invention in more detail as follows.

As described above, in the present invention, since the requirements for Corning oil are diversified according to on-site production facilities or manufacturing conditions during the processing of various textile industries, each component is mixed by blending technology that can have various requirements. It was formulated to allow various chemicals to maximize their properties.

Petroleum-based mineral oil used in the present invention is used for the purpose of improving lubricity and smoothness to the product during the Corning process, it is preferable to use a mineral oil having a kinematic viscosity of 8cSt to 96cSt at 40 ℃ to 50 to 85% by weight, If the kinematic viscosity is less than 8 cSt, the lubricity and smoothness is somewhat insufficient, and if the kinematic viscosity is higher than 96 cSt, the risk of contamination and smoothness may be poor due to excessive viscosity. In addition, mineral oil can be used by mixing the components having each viscosity, and when used at 50% by weight or less, the lubricity is poor, fiber cutting may occur, and when used at 85% by weight or more, the emulsification and detergency are deteriorated Mura and contamination can cause problems in the production of high quality fibers.

The polyoxyethylene alkyl ether is used for the purpose of improving emulsification, wettability, detergency, and permeability to the product during the corning process, the use of which is preferably 5 to 10% by weight. At this time, if the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether is less than 5% by weight, there is a risk that problems occur in the dyeing process, etc., and in the case of using more than 10% by weight, the lubricity, smoothness, and concentration may decrease, resulting in fiber cutting. Should be. In addition, the polyoxyethylene preferably has a molar number of 6 to 10 moles.

In the present invention, polyethylene glycol monooleate having a molecular weight of 450 to 800, which is used at 0 to 10% by weight, is a rapeseed oil glyceride which is used at 0 to 10% by weight for smoothness, lubricity and emulsification in a product. Isooctyl stearate, used in%, is used for the purpose of improving smoothness and lubricity in products. Lauryl phosphate and lauryl alcohol, used in 0 to 5% by weight, are anionic surfactants with excellent antistatic properties. It is used for the purpose of improving the antistatic property and lubricity. However, when it is used more than 5% by weight, an appropriate amount should be used because the viscosity may be increased more than necessary, the emulsification property may be poor, and the fiber may be adversely affected. However, when certain special properties such as smoothness, lubricity, focusing property, antistatic property, and the like are required, a lot of additives suitable for the properties may be added. The components are selectively added according to the on-site production equipment or manufacturing conditions during the Corning process to form Corning oil, such Corning oil is used by embedding the raw liquid in the fiber as it is not an emulsion, specific examples thereof are described in the Examples It was.

Other additives used in the present invention 0 to 7% by weight of non-ionic emulsifying sorbtanol (50), when the pH of the stock solution is 6 or less, there is a risk of promoting the decay and discoloration of the solution of less than 3% by weight Potassium hydroxide (48.5% KOH), 0 to 5% by weight of ion-exchanged water which can improve the viscosity of the stock solution, 0 to 5% by weight of phosphate ester having lubricity and metal abrasion resistance, 0 to 10% by weight of glycerin fatty acid ester, It consists of 0 to 5% by weight of coconat diethanolamide and 0 to 10% by weight of sorbitol fatty acid ester.

As described above, in general, Corning oil is used as the original liquid rather than the emulsion is buried in the fiber length as it is closely related to the viscosity and lubricity. Therefore, the Corning oil stock solution kinematic viscosity of the present invention was variously selected from 10 cSt to 50 cSt at 40 ° C. to accommodate both the performance and various product requirements.
