Claims (1)
- 베어링내의 축중심궤적을 측정하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상부 베어링과 하부 베어링이 서로에 대해 그리고 엔진으로부터 각각 전기적으로 절연되는 상태에서 베어링과 크랭크축 사이에 제공되는 윤활유가 엔진 작동조건에 처하여지도록 하는 단계; 각각의 베어링들과 축 사이에서 캐패시턴스에 관한 순간적인 신호들을 얻고 캐패시턴스 측정수단을 사용하여 캐패시턴스를 측정하는 단계; s를 반경방향 클리어런스, K를 상수, A를 플레이트의 면적, ε를 플레이트들 사이에서의 재료의 유전상수, C를 캐패시턴스라 할 때, 식을 사용하여 상기 각각의 베어링들과 크랭크축 사이에서 형성된 상기 캐패시턴스 신호를 상기 캐패시턴스 신호가 얻어진 특정 시점에서 각기 각각의 베어링들과 크랭크축 사이의 최소유막 두께를 나타내는 것으로 변환하는 단계; 및 CU를 상부 베어링에서 측정된 캐패시턴스, CL을 하부 베어링에서 측정된 캐패시턴스라 할 때, 식을 사용하여 최소유막 형성위치를 계산하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링내의 축중심궤적을 특정하기 위한 방법.
