Description
Claims (10)
- (a)수용성 매체중에서 생석회를 소화시키는 단계와;(b)상기단계 (a)에서 형성된 소석회의 현탁물에 이산화탄소로 이루어진 가스를 충분히 통과시켜서 탄산화시켜 현탁물의 pH를 실질적인 중화로 저하시키는 단계와,(c)상기단계 (b)에서 형성된 탄산칼슘 침저물을 현탁된 수성매체로부터 분리 단계로 이루어진 탄산칼슘을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 생석회를 소화시키는 수용성 매체에다 1종 또는 2종 이상의 활성수소원자나 그의 염을 함유하는 시약을 첨가시켜서 되는 탄산칼슘 침전물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시약은 다가 알콜 또는 다가 페놀로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 시약은 다염기산, 단백질 또는 다음 일반식의 화합물로 이루어진 방법.윗 식에서 R1및 R2는 같거나 다를 수 있고, 각각 수소원자, 탄소원자가 1 내지 8인 탄화수소기, 식-(CH2)p-COOM1(여기서,P는 1 내지 4이고,M1은 수소, 알칼리 금속 또는 암모니움이다)의 기, 또는 일반식 (CH2)q-OX(여기서, q는 2 내지 5이고, X는 수소 또는 탄소원자가 1 내지 8인 탄화수소기 이다)으 기이고, R3는 난소원자가 1 내지 8인 탄소수소기 또는 -(CH2)p-COOM1(여기서, P는 1내지 4이고, M1은 수소, 알칼리금속 또는 암모니움이다)의 기이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 시약의 양은 산화칼슘의 건조중량에 대해 0.01 내지 15% 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 10%인 방법.
- 제1항내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에서 얻어진 현탁물은 농도가 0.7 내지 4몰인 수산화칼슘을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)에서 얻어진 수용성 매체는 30℃ 내지 50℃범위의 온도로 유지시키고, 단계(a)에서는 실질적으로 연속적은 교반으로 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에서 얻어진 현탁물은 40 내지 70미크론 범위의 구멍크기를 갖는 체에 통과시키고, 15% 중량/부피보다 적은 농도로 희석시키는 것과 40 내지 65℃범위의 온도로 유지시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 이산화탄소를 5부피% 내지 50부피%를 함유하고, 나머지는 공기 또는 질소이며, 수산화칼슘 1몰당 이산화탄소 0.02 내지 0.10몰의 비율로 미세 기포의 형태로 소석회의 현탁물속으로 유입시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에서 얻어진 현탁물의 pH는 단계(b)과정에서 모니터하고, 현탁물은 탄산화단계에서 분당 적어도 200㎝ 원주속도로 임펠라를 회전시켜서 실질적으로 연속적은 교반을 시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중에 있어서 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘 침전물은 현탁물 수용성 매체로부터 여과에 의해 분리시키는 방법.
