Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 보조방향 지시기 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 방향 지시기(1)의 전원스위치에 연결되어 회전하는 모터(2)가 고정 설치되고 일측에 램프(3)가 설치된 스페이스(4)와, 상기 모터(2)의 회전력으로 회전하는 피니언 기어(5)가 설치된 모터축(6)과, 상기 피니언 기어(5)가 치합되는 랙기어(7)가 설치된 가이드홈(8)이 형성되고 일측에 방향표시부(9)가 설치된 패널(10)에 고정된 가이드 레일(11)로 보조 방향지시기 설치구조를 제공하여 사각지대로 진입하는 타 차량에게 차량의 진행방향을 경고함으로써 안전 사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 제공된다.

본 발명은 차량의 보조 방향지시기 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 차량의 프런트 패널에 좌우로 이동 가능하게 보조 방향지시기를 설치하여 사각지대 진입 차량에게 좌,우회전 신호를 경고함으로써 안전사고를 미연에 방지하는 차량의 방향지시기 설치구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 방향지시기는 자동차의 프런트 패널에 설치되어 운전자가 운전석에서 조작스위치를 작동하여 차량의 진행 방향 신호를 타 차량에게 전달하는 것으로, 차량의 안전운행에 있어서 필수적인 장치인 것이다.
그러나, 이와같은 방향지시기 램프가 차량의 사각지대에서는 타차량에게 적절한 방향 전달신호가 전달되지 못하여 충,추돌 등의 안전사고가 발생되어 귀중한 인명사고와 차량이 손상되는 문제점이 발생되었다.
이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 본 발명은, 차량의 전,후 회전방향을 타 차량에게 전달하는 보조 방향지시기를 좌우로 회전가능하게 설치하여 사각지대 진입차량에게 차량의 진행방향을 경고함으로써 안전 사고를 미연에 방지하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이와같은 본 발명의 목적은, 방향지시기의 전원스위치에 연결되어 회전하는 모터가 고정 설치되고 일측에 램프가 설치된 스페이스와, 상기 모터의 회전력으로 회전하는 피니언 기어가 설치된 모터축과, 상기 피니언 기어가 치합되는 랙기어가 설치된 가이드홈이 형성되고 일측에 방향 표시부가 설치된 패널에 고정된 가이드 레일로 구성되어 달성된다.
이하, 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 발명의 구성 및 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도면 제1도 내지 제4도에 도시한 바와같이, 본 발명은 차량의 진행방향을 경고하는 방향지시기(1)의 전원스위치에 연결되어 회전하는 모터(2)가 고정 설치되고 일측에 램프(3)가 설치된 스페이스(4)와, 상기 모터(2)의 회전력으로 회전하는 피니언 기어(5)가 설치된 모터축(6)과, 상기피니언 기어(5)가 치합되는 랙기어(7)가 설치된 가이드홈(8)이 형성되고 일측에 방향표시부(9)가 설치된 패널(10)에 고정된 가이드 레일(11)를 갖는 보조 방향지시기(12)로 구성된다.
이와같이 구성된 본 발명의 작용, 효과를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
도면 제1도 내지 제4도에서와 같이, 먼저 차량의 진행 방향을 전환시키기 위해서는 운전석에서 운전자가 방향지시기(1) 조작 스위치를 온시켜 방향지시기(1) 램프를 점등시키면, 상기 보조방향 지시기(12)의 램프(3)가 동시에 점등되고 상기 모터(2)에 전원이 공급되어 모터(2)가 회전하게되고 상기 모터(2)에 연결된 모터축(6)이 회전하게 되어 상기 모터축(6)단부에 설치된 피니언 기어(5)가 회전하게 됨으로써 상기 차량의 패널(10)에 고정된 가이드 레일(11)의 가이드 홈(8) 양단에 설치된 랙 기어(7)에 치합된 피니언 기어(5)가 회전하면서 상기 랙기어(7)를 따라 좌우로 이동하게되는 동시에 상기 스페이스(4)가 이동하게 되는 것이다.
이때 상기 스페이스(4) 일측에 설치된 램프(3)가 동시에 이동되어 상기 패널(10)의 일측, 즉 모서리부에 설치된 방향표시부(9)에 램프(3) 빛이 투과되어 차량의 방향전환을 타차량에게 경고함으로써 안전사고를 방지하는 것이다.
상기와 같이 상술한 본 발명은, 차량의 전,후 회전방향을 타 차량에게 전달하는 보조 방향지시기를 좌우로 회전 가능하게 설치하여 사각지대 진입 차량에게 차량의 진행방향을 경고함으로써 안전 사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 제공된다.

  1. 차량의 진행방향을 경고하는 방향지시기에 있어서, 상기 방향지시기(1)의 전원스위치에 연결되어 회전하는 모터(2)가 고정 설치되고 일측에 램프(3)가 설치된 스페이스(4)와, 상기 모터(2)의 회전력으로 회전하는 피니언 기어(5)가 설치된 모터축(6)과, 상기 피니언 기어(5)가 치합되는 랙기어(7)가 설치된 가이드홈(8)이 형성되고 일측에 방향표시부(9)가 설치된 패널(10)에 고정된 가이드 레일(11)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 보조 방향지시기 설치구조.
