Claims (11)
- 실 보급기구(8)과 방직기의 북침(picking)기구(3) 사이에 설치된 실 저장 송출장치(4)를 포함하며, 상기 실 보급기구(8)부터 상기 실 장력장 송출장치(4)에 까지 이르는 실의 경로상에 보조 이송장치(10)를 설치하여 추가로 포함하는 방직기, 특히 에어젯트식 직기용 실 송출장치에 있어서, 상기 보조 이송장치(10)에는 슬립(slip)마찰 구동장치(R)가 설치되고, 상기 마찰구동장치(R)에는 가변 구동모터(12)에 구동가능하게 연결된 마찰로울(11)이 설치되며, 실이 상기 마찰로울(11)의 표면상에서 편향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 송출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 구동장치(R)의 작용력이 실(Y)에 작용하도록 상기 마찰 구동장치(R)가 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 송출장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 구동장치(R)의 작용력이 실에 작용하도록 최소한 실 저장 송출장치(4)와 실 보급기구(8) 사이의 상기 마찰 구동장치(R)는 상기 실 저장 송출장치(4)에 의해 발생된 실 장력에 의해 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 송출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 구동장치(R)는 실(Y)와 접촉하는 예정된 길이의 접촉 영역(예: 루핑각(a))을 가지며, 슬립을 조정하기 위해 상기 접촉영역의 길이가 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 송출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰로울(11)과 상기 가변 구동모터(12) 사이에 설치된 클러치 장치(13)가 이탈 및/또는 조정되며, 조정가능한 제동장치가 상기 마찰로울(11)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 송출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다른 크기의 슬립을 유발시키는 축방향의 표면 도포층을 상기 마찰로울(11)의 표면상에 나란히 배치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 송출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰로울(11)의 가변 구동모터(12)는 속도제어장치(15)에 연결되고, 상기 속도 제어장치(15)는 실 저장 송출장치(4)의 속도 제어장치에 연결되고, 상기 속도 제어장치(15)는 상기 실 저장 송출장치(4)의 사속에 따라 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 송출장치.
- 실 저장 송출장치(4)의 사속은 예정된 범위의 최대값까지 변화하며, 실 보급기구(8)와 상기 실 저장 송출장치 (4)사이에 설치된 보조 이송장치(10)에 의해 상기 보급기구(8)로부터 실을 송출시키는 실 이송방법에 있어서, 상기 보조 이송장치(10)를 구성하는 마찰 구동장치(R)의 주속(周速)(KR)은 실 저장 송출장치(4)의 사속(KY)으로 부터 빗겨나게 제어되고, 소정의 슬립을 유지하면서 마찰로울(11)의 표면상으로 실을 송출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 이송방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 사속 증가에 비례하여 속도차 및 슬립을 거의 연속적으로 증가시키는 것을 특징으로하는 실 이송방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 사속 범위내의 소정 기준 속도값(a, b, c)을 마찰 구동장치(R)의 속도제어장치(15)에 대한 변환점으로서 선택하고; 상기 기준 속도값(a,b)에 의해 설정된 제 1 범위에서, 상기 마찰 구동장치(R)는 사속을 감속시키고; 상기 기준 속도값(a,b)에 의해 설정된 제 2 범위에서, 상기 마찰 구동장치(R)는 그의 가변 구동모터(12)로부터 분리되어 실과 함께 자유회전 방식으로 이동하고; 상기 기준 속도값(b) 내지 최대 기준 속도값(c)에 이르는 제 3 범위에서, 사속 증가에 비례하여 증가하는 양(+)의 속도차로 마찰 구동장치(R)를 구동시키며, 소정의 슬립을 유지하면서 실을 송출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실 이송방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 사속 범위내에서, 실의 속성에 따라 조정되는 기준 속도값(d)을 선택하고; 상기 기준 속도값(d)까지의 범위에서, 상기 마찰구동장치(R)를 실보다 느리게 구동시키고 ; 상기 기준 속도값(d) 이상의 범위에서, 상기 마찰구동장치(R)를 사속보다 점차로 빠르게 구동시켜 마찰 구동장치(R)의 속도를 나타내는 곡선(KR)이 사속 곡선(KY)과 교차하는 약간 S자형 또는 직선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 실 이송방법.
