Claims (1)
- 유전체 공진자(12)를 사이에 두고공진주파수 조정용 바랙터 다이오드(15)를 가지는 제2마이크로 스트립 라인(11)과 공진주파수신호를 출력하는 제1마이크로 스트립라인(13)이 나란히 배치된 유전체 공진부(10)와,상기 유전체 공진부(10)의 공진신호를 정궤환 증폭하여 발진 신호를 출력하는 궤환증폭부(20)를 포함하는 유전체 발진기에 있어서,주변온도변화를 그 온도가 올라감에 따라 비례적으로 증가하는 전압 성분으로 변환출력하는 온도 센서부(40)와,상기 온도 센서부(40)의 검출전압(V1)과 발진제어전압(Vc)을 가산증폭하여 상기 바랙터 다이오드(15)에 제공하는 가산부(30)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 발진기의 온도 안정화 회로.
