Abstract
본 고안은 세탁기에 있어 트랜스미션 클러치기구의 위치감지센서에 관한 것으로 종래에는 세탁기에서 사용되면서 습기에 대한 오동작 가능성에 대한 대책이 없으며, 접촉식 위치감지 방식임으로 접촉에 의해 마모되어 내구성이 약화되고 조립시에 누적공차에 의한 접점위치가 불안전한 문제가 있어서 본 고안에서는 캠을 고정한 샤프트는 동기모터에 의해 회전하도록 된 세탁기 트랜스미션 클러치기구에 있어서 상기 샤프트에는 커플러를 고정하고 이 커플러에는 마그네트를 심으며, 상기 커플러(5)의 외주에는 홀집적회로를 식입한 회로기판을 조립하여 기판 및 회로서포트를 사용하여 조립시 누적차에 의한 집적위치 캠의 위치 감지가 불안했던 문제를 해결하고, 자력에 의한 신호감지 형태이고 신호감지가 거의 100%라 할수 있는 홀집적회로를 사용하여 세탁/탈수 모드 클러칭시 신뢰성을 확보하는 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a position detection sensor of a transmission clutch mechanism in a washing machine.
