Claims (4)
- 공기를 이용하여 분체를 입도에 따라 선별하는 분급기를 구성함에 있어서, 본체의 투입구(400) 하부에는 투입된 분체들이 원활히 흘러 내릴 수 있도록 낙하판(200)을 경사진 상태로 설치하고, 상기 낙하판(200)에는 하부의 송풍기(100)에서 유입되는 바람이 토출되도록 다수의 공기 토출공(240)을 계단형으로 형성하며, 상기 낙하판(200)의 상부에는 지그재그로 형성된 다수의 스크린판(300)을 설치하여 상부로 휘날리는 분체들을 제1 배출구(410)로 안내하도록 하고, 낙하판(200) 하부에는 낙하된 분체를 제2배출구(420)로 이송시키는 이송스크류(500)를 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍압과 비중을 이용한 분체 분급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 낙하판(200) 일단을 핀설부(210)에 핀설한 상태에서 타단을 캠축(220)에 축설하여 낙하판(200)이 캠축(220)의 회동에 의해 좌우로 흔들리도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍압과 비중을 이용한 분체 분급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 스크린판(300)의 상면에는 풍령조절편(310)을 설치하여 스크린판(300)의 사이 사이로 통과되는 바람의 량과 압력을 조절할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 낙하판(200)의 하부에는 바람을 골고루 배분하여 공급하는 다수의 송풍 유도편(120)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍압과 비중을 이용한 분체 분급장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항, 제3항에 있어서, 상기 낙하판(200)을 다수의 소공이 뚫려 있는 타공판으로 형성한 후 상기 타공판의 소공을 통해 송풍기(100)의 바람이 토출되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍압과 비중을 이용한 분체 분급장치.
