Abstract
본 고안은 에어콘 실외기에 관한 것으로, 종래 기술에 의한 사류팬에서는 팬의 입구부와 슈라우드 사이에 불안정한 와류(Vortex Flow)가 형성되어 공기의 유량이 저유량, 중유량, 고유량으로 갈수록 상승되는 이 와류에 의해 유동소음이 발생되는 문제점이 있었는 바, 사류팬(5)의 입구부측 단부와 슈라우드(7) 사이에 공기분리부재(10)를 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 본 고안에 의한 에어콘 실외기를 제공하여 공기분리부재(10)가 팬(5)의 회전에 의해 발생되는 입구부측 단부의 와류를 중간에서 끊어줌으로써 와류의 크기를 감소시켜 주게 되고, 이로 인하여 공기의 유동이 보다 안정적으로 흐를수 있도록 하는 것이며, 궁극적으로 입구부측의 와류의 크기가 감소되어 와류로 인한 소음을 저감시켜 주도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an air conditioner outdoor unit, and in a four-flow fan according to the prior art, an unstable vortex flow is formed between an inlet and a shroud of a fan so that an air flow rate rises toward a low flow rate, a heavy flow rate, and a high flow rate.
